This is a machine embroidery design not a patch. You need to transfer the files to your embroidery machine to use it.

For these types of designs it is very important to use the same color for the bobbin thread as the top thread - i.e. if you embroider the red thread - it is also necessary to use the red bobbin thread. If you do not do this, the design will not be the same on both sides.

The designs should be embroidered with water soluble stabilizer. We use Vilene water soluble stabilizer-If it’s too thin use two layers. Use a size 11 or 75/11 sharp sewing needle and 40 weight rayon or polyester thread. For my designs, I mostly use embroidery threads from Gunold - SU rayon (sulky rayon), Isacord or Brother embroidery threads. 

I used Glass size around the perimeter 10 inches + LED Tealights + LED Tealights

The pieces are sewn together on the sewing machine.

Size hoop: 5x7 and 4x4 hoop

Size part and stitches 5x7 hoop:
wine part : 4.58x6.21 inches/ 36035 stitches - Embroidered 3 pieces
coaster: 4.50 inches/30774 stitches

Size part and stitches 4x4 hoop:
wine part : 3x3.85 inches/ 16038 stitches - Embroidered 6 pieces
coaster: 3.91 inches/26002 stitches

Final size 5x7 hoop :
Bottom diameter: 5.9 inches
Height: 4.13 inches
Final size 4x4 hoop :
Bottom diameter: 5.7 inches
Height: 3.74 inches
